My work is rooted in coaching—creating space for reflection, insight, and action that helps people move from where they are to where they want to be.
I coach individuals through career and life transitions; support professionals as they grow into expanded responsibility; and work with teams to strengthen trust, communication, and culture. Drawing from experience across both the public and private sectors, I bring a practical, thoughtful approach that blends deep listening, meaningful questions, and forward movement.
